Acceptable Use Policy

Generating product imagery, listings, marketing copy and campaign content for goods you are authorised to sell or represent.

Do not upload or generate: sexual content or nudity; content involving minors in any sexualised context; violent, hateful or harassing material; content that infringes copyright, trademarks or the likeness rights of real people; counterfeit goods; or imagery designed to deceive buyers about a product's condition, origin or certification.

Do not attempt to bypass credit metering, share credentials across organisations, scrape or resell the service without a white-label agreement, probe or attack our infrastructure, or use the service to violate marketplace rules or applicable law.

Generated models, scenes and staging are synthetic. Where a marketplace requires disclosure of AI-generated imagery, that disclosure is your responsibility as the seller. Do not use generated assets to misrepresent product dimensions, materials or included items.

We may throttle, suspend or terminate workspaces that breach this policy, and may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities. Report abuse to abuse@megabridgedigital.com.
