Terms of Service

You must provide accurate registration details and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your workspace.

The service is metered in credits. Credits are consumed when a job produces a result; failed jobs are refunded to your balance automatically. Purchased credits are prepaid and non-transferable between workspaces.

Prices are shown before checkout. Card payments are processed by Stripe and mobile money payments by Safaricom M-Pesa; their terms apply to the payment itself.

You keep ownership of the product photos you upload and of the assets generated from them. You grant us the limited licence needed to store, process and deliver those files to you. You confirm you have the rights to every image you upload.

Use of the service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend workspaces that breach it.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, provider outages and incidents may affect processing.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for credits in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms or non-payment.
