FAQ

Questions sellers ask before their first upload.

Marketplaces, payments, pricing and what actually happens to your images. If something isn't answered here, contact us and we'll add it.

Marketplaces

Which marketplaces does MegaBridge support?
Jumia, Kilimall and Jiji are first-class presets, with Amazon and your own Shopify or WooCommerce storefront also supported. Each preset encodes that channel's image rules and listing field structure, so the same source photo can produce a different compliant pack per marketplace.
Will my listings actually pass Jumia content QC?
The Jumia preset targets the published content requirements — white background, centred product, clean crop, no promotional overlays, structured title and attribute completeness. We can't guarantee an individual reviewer's decision, but the common mechanical rejection reasons are what the preset is built to eliminate.
Do you support marketplaces outside Africa?
Yes. International support is fully retained. African marketplaces are our primary focus because that's where the content gap is widest, but Amazon and global storefront workflows remain first-class and cross-border sellers can run both from one project.

Payments

Can I pay with M-Pesa?
Yes. M-Pesa STK Push is supported for KES payments — you'll get a prompt on your phone, and credits are added to your workspace only after the payment callback is verified. Card payments in USD are available for teams that prefer them, and both produce an invoice and receipt in your billing history.
Do credits expire?
Credit packs don't expire on a fixed clock. Every credit movement — purchase, spend, refund — is written to an immutable ledger you can inspect in Billing, so your balance is always auditable.
Are payments currently enabled?
Not on the public site. MegaBridge Marketplace Studio is in private beta, so there is no public checkout and no card is taken here. Pricing shown on the site is the planned public rate; beta workspaces are set up with our team directly.
How do I request beta access?
Use the contact page or email support@megabridgedigital.com with your store or marketplace, roughly how many SKUs you list per month, and the product categories you sell. We reply with next steps.

Pricing

What does one credit buy?
One credit covers one generated asset — for example one background removal, one white-background render or one staged image. Credits are only deducted after a job succeeds; if a job fails, the credit is refunded to your ledger automatically.
Are there seats or contracts?
No seats, no minimum contract. You buy credits and spend them when you need them, which is why a solo seller and a 50-person retailer can use the same pricing without one subsidising the other.
What happens if processing fails?
The credit is written back to your ledger automatically. Credits are deducted on success, and every movement — spend, refund, purchase — is recorded in an append-only history you can inspect in Billing.

Product

Do I need professional photos to start?
No. A clear phone photo or a supplier image is enough. Most of our workflows exist precisely because reshooting a catalog isn't realistic for the sellers we build for.
Can MegaBridge write the product description too?
Yes. AI product listings generate the title, bullets, description and category attributes from your product details, in your brand's tone of voice, formatted for the marketplace you're targeting.
What happens to my images and data?
Uploads and generated assets are stored privately per workspace. Download links are signed and expire after an hour, and every asset stays tied to the project it came from with full version history.
Can I download an image again later?
Yes. Generated assets stay in your workspace with their project and version history, and you can re-download them at any time. Download links are signed and expire, so a new link is generated each time you download.

Uploads

What image formats are supported?
PNG, JPG/JPEG and WebP. The file type is verified from the file's own bytes on our servers, not from its extension, so a renamed file is rejected rather than processed.
What is the maximum upload size?
20 MB per image. Larger files are rejected before any credit is spent — resize or re-export the photo and upload it again.
Which product categories are supported?
The image workflows are category-agnostic and work on most physical products photographed against a distinguishable background — fashion, footwear, accessories, beauty, electronics, homeware and packaged goods are the categories we have tested most. Apparel shot flat or on a hanger works with background removal today; hollow-body apparel via Ghost Mannequin is still in development.

Trust

Who owns the generated image?
Assets generated from images you upload belong to you, subject to the Terms of Service. You must own the images you upload or have permission to use them.
Are my uploads private?
Uploads and generated assets are stored per workspace and are not publicly browsable; downloads are served through signed, expiring links rather than public URLs. Image processing is performed by third-party providers on our behalf, and how your data is handled — including how to request deletion — is set out in the Privacy Policy.
