Privacy Policy

Account details you provide when signing up (email address, company name and authentication identifiers), product photos you upload, assets and copy generated from them, credit and payment records, and operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

To authenticate you, run the processing jobs you request, meter and bill credits, send service notifications, provide support, and detect abuse.

Uploads are sent to third-party AI processing providers only to fulfil the job you started. Image processing currently routes through Photoroom; text generation uses our configured AI gateway. Payments are handled by Stripe and, for mobile money, Safaricom M-Pesa. Hosting, database, authentication and file storage run on our managed cloud infrastructure.

Uploads and generated assets are stored in private buckets scoped to your workspace. Download links are signed and short-lived. Access controls restrict each account to its own files.

Assets remain available while your workspace is active. You can delete projects and their files at any time. Write to privacy@megabridgedigital.com to request account deletion or a copy of your data.

We use cookies and local storage strictly to keep you signed in and to remember workspace preferences.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. Contact us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We will update this page when our practices change and note the effective date of material revisions.
